IVG built the Nexio to answer the question every ex disposable vaper has been asking since June 2025: how do you keep the simplicity without buying a new device every few days? The Nexio’s answer is a rechargeable tube style kit with a replaceable pod system — you keep the battery, and swap only the pod once it’s spent.

Each pod set is actually two parts working together: a 2ml prefilled pod and a sealed 8ml refill container that clicks onto it. Once combined and inserted into the device, the 8ml container feeds the 2ml pod automatically as you vape, so the whole 10ml supply gets used before you need a replacement — up to 10,000 puffs per pack, depending on draw length. There’s nothing to top up by hand and no loose e-liquid to handle at any point.

Every pod houses a built-in mesh coil rather than a standard round-wire coil. The wider heating surface is designed to keep flavour steady from the first puff through to the last, rather than tailing off as a pod nears empty — and because the coil lives inside the pod itself, every replacement gives you a fresh one automatically.

On the front of the device, a digital screen wakes up on every inhale and shows two things at a glance: your live puff count and your remaining battery percentage — a clearer read than the single colour LED indicators most pod kits rely on. The 1000mAh battery is built to comfortably cover a full day’s use, and USB-C charging gets it back to full in well under an hour (cable sold separately).

There’s no button, no menu, and nothing to configure. Peel the seals, click the pod to the refill container, slot the assembled unit into the device, and inhale — the Nexio fires straight away with no priming wait.

How to Set Up Your IVG Nexio

1. Charge the device fully via USB-C before first use.
2. Peel the silicone seals from both the 2ml pod and the 8ml refill container.
3. Click the refill container onto the pod until it locks firmly in place.
4. Slide the combined pod set into the device until it clicks.
5. Inhale to activate — no priming wait, no buttons, no settings.

When the puff count on the screen hits O or the flavour starts to fade, swap in a new IVG Nexio pod pack and keep using the same device.
