SHIPPING INFORMATION

The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority, so we are working around the clock to make sure that you can get your orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe. Our same day dispatch time is now 3.00pm.

While we work to keep everyone safe, we expect there be some delays to deliveries – we appreciate everyone’s patience during this time. You will be able to see all delivery options available to you at the checkout. Please ensure that you read our COVID-19 customer notice before proceeding with your order.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) CUSTOMER INFORMATION

DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL:

Due to the current situation, there are significant impacts on our ability to maintain all our usual service levels. Our delivery partner Royal mail are still operating as normal, however due to an increase in staff absences in some areas in particular deliveries are being slightly delayed. We advise during this time to use our next day service as these are taking priority.

If your goods do not arrive within our typical time frame, we ask you to please be patient as the Royal Mail team are doing their utmost to deliver goods to you during this time.

There are changes to any signed for delivery – parcels will be placed on your door before they ring the bell, and the delivery person will stand back ready for you to answer. If you are not at home, you will be left a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery. You will no longer be asked to physically sign for the parcel, but you will be asked for your name which the delivery person will enter into the handheld device on your behalf.

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL:

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of virus do not survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

  • 2-3 working days* (During this time deliveries are taking slightly longer than the usual 1 – 2 business day delivery time).
  • Same day dispatch Monday to Friday for orders placed before 3.00pm. (Excluding Bank holidays)

ROYAIL MAIL TRACKED 48:

  • 2-3 working days* (During this time deliveries are taking slightly longer than the usual 1 – 2 business day delivery time).
  • Same day dispatch Monday to Friday for orders placed before 3.00pm. (Excluding Bank holidays)
  • Fully Tracked service £3.99
  • Free delivery when you spend over £30

SATURDAY DELIVERY: – Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday:

  • 1 working day
  • Same day dispatch for orders placed before 3.00pm on Friday.
  • Fully tracked service £12.99

CLICK & COLLECT:

  • Click & Collect Service available from our Head Office Tyseley (Mon-Fri 9am – 3.30pm)
  • Click & Collect Service available from our Solihull Store (Mon & Sat – 10am – 6pm)

*If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.
