What is the difference between IQOS and normal cigarettes?
IQOS differs to normal cigarettes as tobacco is heated instead of being burnt. A tobacco taste is provided without any combustion or cigarette smoke, and the smell from tobacco is also reduced.
According to Phillip Morris International research, the device produces on average a lower level of harmful chemicals when compared to traditional cigarettes*. However, IQOS is not a risk free product and like all nicotine containing products, it is addictive. The best course of action is always to quit all tobacco and nicotine containing products.

How do I use IQOS devices?

No, IQOS does not produce smoke, instead a tobacco vapour is produced when using IQOS.
What is the warranty for IQOS devices?
IQOS devices have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Always ensure that you have a copy/picture of your receipt.
