Lime is authentically crisp and sharp, making this one of the best lime flavours on the market. Has a very strong and zingy lime taste, which can be overpowering so it is best if used sparingly; if using this as a standalone you may want to add Super Sweet to sweeten the flavour. Lime is very versatile and is great for adding a perfect citrus zest to a multitude of beverage, dessert and cream recipes; use it with other citrus fruit flavours to add a touch of zing or to give the kick in a margarita or mojito recipe.
