FRENCH VANILLA
French Vanilla provides a rich, creamy and velvety vanilla flavour. A must for adding to custards or cakes and it pairs beautifully with a host of creams (such as Bavarian or Vienna). This is one of my favourite vanilla flavours so far and is a must for your if you like vanilla. Make a good custard even better by using French Vanilla at a small percentage with the custard base of your choice and you will have a wonderful Vanilla Custard flavour. Just a small amount of French Vanilla will enliven your favourite coffee, beverage or dessert recipes.
