CRANBERRY
Cranberry provides the tart but refreshing taste of fresh cranberry juice and is perhaps not a flavour that you would use on its own, but this is very versatile and when used as an ingredient in other recipes, it adds a touch of brightness that can lift other flavours. The distinct aroma of Cranberry can add a refreshing sour taste to beverages and dessert mixes; it will give a tartness to liquids that are too sweet and will also provide a lovely bittersweet experience if combined with white chocolate. Cranberry flavour is a perfect complement to the taste of citrus fruits such as oranges or lemons and it can add a sharp kick to a pink lemonade recipe.
